On 29th October at 9am, The Nottingham Building Society will be repricing their acquisition residential & LTD Company BTL (Buy to Let) products, with rates moving in both directions.
- Rate reduced by up to 0.10% on our 2 year & 3 year acquisition residential range.
- Rates increased by up to 0.15% on our 5 year Ltd Co BTL products.
For the products being withdrawn tomorrow, if you have selected any of these products and submitted a Decision In principle by 9am tomorrow (29/10/2024), you will have until midnight on Thursday (31/10/2024) to convert and submit a full mortgage application.
